Peer Evaluation

In order to recognize, reward and encourage customer-focused, collaborative work among team members directly responsible for the delivery of its services, SELECTiON.COM^® maintains a quarterly incentive program.

At the end of each quarter team members are evaluated in four parts, as follows:

1-Management Evaluation
2-Peer Evaluation
3-Client Feedback
4-Internal Feedback

This peer survey constitutes part two of the quarterly evaluation.

To maintain eligibility for participation in the incentive program, it is MANDATORY that you complete the survey below. Failure to participate will result in an automatic 50% reduction in the incentive for which you are eligible to receive.
