Did your employer send you to our site for a background check?

If you are in the Cincinnati area and in an industry that deals with children or the elderly, chances are you need a fingerprint background check. See our Fingerprint Services page for more info. Please always check with your employer first.

All other background checks are typically done through a client initiated process that includes a unique one-time-use link that should have been emailed to you. Having problems entering your background check on Fastrax Select®?

Most issues are due to some form of browser problem. We recommend that you take the following steps:

  1. Make sure you are using a desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Check to see if you are using a supported browser. Current supported browsers are Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
  3. Check your browser to make sure it is up-to-date.
    • Firefox: Click on the menu in the top right of your screen. Choose Help and About Firefox. This screen will tell you if your browser need to be updated.
    • Chrome: Click on the menu in the top right corner of your screen. If an update is available it should be the top option. To be sure you can choose Help and About Chrome. This screen will check for available updates.
  4. If you’re still having issues, contact us.

If you need to dispute any information on your background check, just fill out and send in the Dispute Notification Form.

Looking for a copy of your background check?

If a background check was submitted to us by your employer, and you provided an email address on your release of information, a copy will be emailed to you.

You can also officially request a copy of your background check by emailing Customer Support with the following information:

  • A copy of your State Issued Driver’s License or Photo ID
  • Full Name
  • Physical Address
  • Company
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Last 4 of SSN
