The EnjoyIllinois.com 300 is a NASCAR Nationwide Series race held at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois. Defending race winner Joey Logano will battle it out with other drivers as the EnjoyIllinois.com 300 is run for the first time at night. Selection.com® is the main sponsor for two amazing events being held this coming weekend. Thursday, July 10, is the start to the 4-day Warrior Weekend to Remember and Ohio Challenge Hot Air Balloon Festival at Middletown Regional Airport in Middletown, OH.
The 4-day Warrior Weekend to Remember is being held in conjunction with this year’s Ohio Challenge Hot Air Balloon Festival, and actually starts prior to the festival on Thursday, July 10th at 6:00am with Hot Air Balloon rides for the eighteen warriors and a golf outing at Weatherwax starting at noon. On July 3rd, 2014, this year’s annual Red, White and Boom! Festivities in Columbus as well as the Dayton Dragons 4th of July celebration will both include performances by Team Fastrax™. The Team is scheduled to perform not only their American Flag Skydive, but also their pyro performance.
Red, White & Boom! is located in downtown Columbus surrounding the riverfront and Arena District areas, and is the largest fireworks display in Ohio. At 8:45pm Team Fastrax™ will be performing their famous American Flag skydive with the largest American Flag flown by a skydiver, an amazing 7,800 sq. ft. patriotic display not found anywhere else. To top it all off, at 9:43pm, just prior to the fireworks start, Team Fastrax™ will be performing their much anticipated pyro jump. Six skydivers will exit the aircraft with fireworks strapped to their legs, and will freefall down in an amazing aerial display. This show will be one you’ll never forget. This Saturday, June 28th, Team Fastrax will be performing their patriotic American Flag skydive at the Columbus Crew match against FC Dallas, as well as the San Jose Earthquakes vs. LA Galaxy.
Team Fastrax is based out of Middletown OH, and performs all across the US. This weekend, they can be seen at two separate Major League Soccer (MLS) matches. The Columbus Crew is facing FC Dallas at Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH. The team Fastrax performance will include a tandem skydive with NBC 4’s Matt Barns at 7:40pm, and will follow with an amazing aerial display, with their 1,100 sq. ft. American Flag. On Saturday, June 28th, 2014, Team Fastrax will skydive in to the Quaker State 400 with the green flag and a smoke performance, to start pre-race activities. The race is being held at the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, KY.
The Quaker State 400 is a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series stock car race held at the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, KY. Team Fastrax will be performing an amazing aerial display with smoke and a green flag to start the pre-race actives, which will include a concert by country music artist Thomas Rhett. Defending race winner Matt Kenseth, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon and the rest of your favorite NASCAR drivers will battle it out for the checkered flag in the 4th annual Quaker State 400.
