The Team Fastrax™ Warrior Weekend to Remember (WWTR) is an inspiring annual event hosted by the Blue Skies for the Good Guys and Gals Warrior Foundation. This event is dedicated to honoring and supporting Gold Star Families, combat-injured warriors, and other American heroes who have made tremendous sacrifices for our country. The event takes place at Camp Chautauqua in Miamisburg, Ohio, and offers a wide range of activities and experiences designed to provide healing, joy, and a sense of community for the participants.
The weekend is packed with a variety of activities aimed at creating unforgettable memories and fostering a sense of camaraderie among the attendees. Some of the highlights include tandem skydiving with Team Fastrax™, a professional skydiving team that adds an exhilarating element to the weekend. Additionally, participants can enjoy activities such as team building exercises, a gun shoot, and bonfires, all of which are designed to promote physical and emotional healing. There are also opportunities for swimming and other recreational activities that allow the warriors and their families to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the campgrounds.
A capstone dinner, which includes a commemorative ceremony, is a central part of the WWTR. It provides a solemn and respectful way to honor the sacrifices made by these brave individuals and their families. The event includes a special tribute to the fallen, ensuring that their memories are preserved and that their sacrifices are acknowledged by the broader community.
