How can we prove we have the best customer service?

In 2014, we decided to start featuring some of the feedback we get from our Live Chat customer support.

Below we have one example per month. We get hundreds of messages like this each month, so it’s hard to pick the best.

Our clients have the ability to rate our Live Chat customer support with every interaction they have.  Right now we’re averaging a 4.9 rating out of 5. Stars

 

What makes our Live Chat customer support so good?  It’s easy.  Because all our staff is in-house, and we don’t outsource our work, all of our “Customer Service” representatives are criminal researchers.  And they have, on average 7+ years of experience with our company. In other words, we don’t put customer service reps between YOU and our researchers.  What this means for you is the best customer service in the industry- every day!
